Hope.Cloud - release 2026.10.08

This release lets you keep the organizations you work with most at the top of the Directory and fixes two sign-in problems: an unexpected "session has expired" right after signing in, and a two-factor screen that could hide your authenticator app. Translated labels now fit their buttons and menus, and images uploaded in Hope.Cloud reach Jetstream Studio in full.

New

• Favorite organizations in the Directory - star an organization on the Directory screen and it is listed first from then on; a "Favorites only" filter shows just the ones you starred.

Fixed

• No more "session has expired" after signing in - leaving a "Forgot password" page open in a browser tab used to sign you out of every new session, on every device, right after you signed in.
• Two-factor step offers your own methods - the second-factor screen used to offer the method of whoever last signed in on that browser, which could hide the authenticator app option; it now offers the methods of the account signing in.
• Translated text fits its controls - in Spanish, French, Portuguese and Ukrainian, the main navigation, menus, selects, search fields and Save buttons cut off or wrapped their labels; they now fit on one line. The Jetstream Launch admin got the same fix.
• Images reach Jetstream Studio in every size - images uploaded in Hope.Cloud arrived in Jetstream Studio in only one size, so a newly created show could end up without its cover image.
