2030 Vision - release 2026.10.08

A small release that restores what a recent interface update left behind: you can choose the interface language again, the footer looks as designed, and the profile menu no longer offers a link that leads nowhere.

Fixed

• Interface language can be changed again - the language switch was missing, so the interface stayed in its default language; it is back in 2030 Vision and in Jetstream Launch.
• Footer restored to its design - the footer appeared unstyled after the interface update and now has its layout, links and colors again.
• No dead "Release Notes" link - the profile menu showed a "Release Notes (v0.0.1)" item that opened nothing; it has been removed.
